Story Jam is hosting a "Scant Story Contest."
Can you tell a story in less than 15 seconds?

Submit a video of yourself telling a true, personal story that is 
under 15 seconds. You'll be judged on creativity, and your ability to tell a full, "scant" story. 
The winner shall receive $100!
All submissions should be sent

Official Rules for Story Jam's "Scant Story" Contest

1. All submissions must be videotaped.
2. All submissions must be sent to contest@storyjamshow.com.
3. All submissions must be received by midnight on Monday, April 22nd.
4. All submissions must be a personal, true story told in less than 15 seconds. 
5. All stories should attempt to have a beginning, middle, and end. 
6. All videos will be judged on creativity, "scant" storytelling skill, and adherence to the rules.
7. Story Jam™ does not own the copyright to contestants' videos or stories.
8. Story Jam™ will not, in any way, abuse or misappropriate video entries.
9. Each contestant may submit up to three different videos of three different stories.
10. There are no age, state, or personal requirements to enter this contest.
11. Stories should be in spoken word form only, and told in the first person. 

12. The winner will be contacted directly, and announced here and on the
Story Jam Facebook Page on April 23nd at noon.

13. The winner will receive a check or online payment for $100 from Hipchick Inc.
14. In the event of a two-way tie, both tellers will each receive $100. 

15. Contestants give Story Jam™ permission to post any submission on social media.
(However, entrants will not be identified, unless they specifically request identification, 
or unless they have approved Story Jam's™ request to identify them).  
16. The judges are comprised of storytellers and live lit producers. 

This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with,
Facebook, Instagram, or any other type of social media. This contest is purely for fun!
